SELF-DISCOVERY Support Group
This group is for men with on-going, unresolved personal life issues men who need the support of other men who face similar difficulties. Topics include: relationships, sexuality, finances, parenting, addictions, employment, aging, masculine stereotypes.

MALE PERSPECTIVES Discussion Group
This is a forum for men who are interested in self-discovery and personal growth through the exploration of ideas encompassed by the general title, Men's Studies. It is distinguished from the Support Group in that it is an exploration of topics from psychological, sociological, and metaphysical viewpoints, with the understanding that men need to explore their humanity in many ways.

CONNECTIONS
The general purpose of this group is to bring participants into a state of availability in which connections with higher perceptual functions can be experienced. Spiritual/psychological exercises are given, which train the attention so that it may be directed towards inner work on oneself. CONNECTIONS is for men who seek the outer demand for inner discipline in the pursuit of goals related to the self-transforming experience of spiritual growth. Instructive exercises in self-awareness involving thought, feeling, and sensation are followed by discussion and shared observation.

SEX ABUSE FELLOWSHIP (SAF)
This is the only support group for adult male victims and survivors of sex abuse in the Greater Sudbury Area. It is offered in partnership with Rockhaven and The John Howard Society. Self-referrals are accepted. Referrals may also be made through Rockhaven and The John Howard Society or through other agencies in the Sudbury area.

No fee-for-service.
Free assessment: minimum of one interview required

ROCK TALK Support Group (Closed)
This is a closed group for residents of Rockhaven, provided in partership with Rockhaven, a halfway house for men who are recovering from addiction. Entry to this group is through application for residency at Rockhaven. The service is provided at no cost to the participant, and is part of the weekly schedule of activities.

NICOLL STUDY GROUP
A reading group based on the writings of Dr. Maurice Nicoll, student and exponent of the Teaching of G.I. Gurdjieff. This group is for men who wish to make a personal commitment to their own spiritual growth, and who wish to re-awaken spiritual questions that have been 'put to sleep' for many decades and even centuries.

The primary purpose of this male singing group is to connect with masculine energy in conditions which encourage self-discovery and personal growth in a form other than discussion. Self-study, not performance, is the priority. (This is not a Barbershop group.)
